Any sketches will be colored by me, limited pallet.

Refunds

Full refunds are available within the initial 48 hours after payment.

No full refunds can be issued once work has started on art, and partial refunds on full-color/ clean line commissions can be negotiated until final lines have been finished, and approved.

Refunds for sketches/ Sketch pages will be case by case, and will depend on how much has been completed.All PayPal payments must be sent as business, NOT Family/ friends, and will be invoiced.

Terms of Service

Payment Terms and Agreement:
For any single piece commissions under $100 USD payment will be upfront, anything higher paid can be negotiated into 50/50 payments, or plans dependent on situation/ project.Any art made by me is owned by me, as the artist, but can be shared on social media or with others personally as long as proper credit is given.
Any art created by me will be posted public unless requested otherwise, in which case there will be an additional charge to keep it private.

My art is not available for resale/ merchandising unless communicated and agreed upon before work has begun. Any merchandising/ retail use will require an additional fee.
I do not and will never do NFTs and do not allow my art to be used as NFTs.Examples of prior art, or similar concepts and descriptions can be given at request.If you wish to close a commission or cancel work at any point past the refund period, any work completed can be sent to you, and all work on the project will cease.
